Compassionate Care Day Services

The Director, Hassan, has over 15 years of experience within special needs. He wanted to create a day service which put the service users and parents/guardians' needs at the forefront and truly works for them.

Hassan graduated from University with a Law degree, he then worked within financial services, including a role as a GDPR officer, and most recently within compliance. He combined his knowledge gained from working within highly regulated environments and having a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management to create Compassionate Care. He is able to use his knowledge to assist service users and parents/guardians with his expertise.

The Operations Manager, Nazrin, has got a son with
special needs who she's looked after for over 32 years. She has a son with severe learning difficulties, autism and mental health issues. She has also previously ran her own day care centre for adults with learning disabilities. She has also previously worked
within social services and also within schools for children
with complex needs. Furthermore, she has a
Postgraduate diploma with Masters studies in Health and
Social care (Level 7).

Hassan is also CPI qualified in Safety Intervention techniques and delivers training in this area. Compassionate Care is one of the only day care centres in Coventry to have a qualified trainer in this field. Hassan trains staff members in Safety Intervention techniques, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to become CPI accredited. This means all staff members can deliver the best possible care safely to all of our service users.
